Okay, I just came across this link, which basically accomplishes what I have been trying to do here with listing what resources are out there in our state.  http://www.glutenfreeregistry.com/gluten-free-state-search.do?state=WA   I don't know about CF or SF status, but this is a fantastic place to start. So click away and check it out :-) and if you want to see what is available in another state, go to the bottom of the page, click on the state you want on the map and bingo- a new list for that state will appear. Love it!
